I find it so difficult to hit that amount of Protein intake per day. It’s
so expensive because good protein sources and supplements are the most
expensive out there!
Dr.Stoppani says 1.5-2.0 g protein/day. Dr. Israetel says 0.7-1.0 g
protein/day. that’s a factor of 2 of what the other says. They do agree
with the g carbs/day. Anyone else confused?
For those commenting about candy, a rice cake and gummy bears look nearly
identical to your body. White bread has a higher glycemic index than table
sugar. The only part I would disagree is where he differentiates white and
wheat bread. They are nearly identical and both high glycemic foods. For
some reason, we see gummy bears as bad and wheat bread as good, but our
body reacts to both nearly identically save for a few scant nutrients
artificially introduced in the bread.
I am aware of the degrees and certificates this guys has but whenever I see

You do use protein as energy Salmon is one of the best sources for energy
due to hits fat/protein/vitamins it contains it’s one of the best fuels for
your body. Not that bullshit oatmeal rice came bodybuilding crap
