Mmmmm What causes inflammation? Well if were talking about the arterial
wall it`s small particle LDLs Why doesn’t he mention this instead of
sitting there with a smug grin on his face?
My mam is on Lipostatin for the past five years, it’s greatly affecting her
memory, should she just come off them? Any help or suggestions are
appreciated.
I think that guy might actually understand what I mean when I describe
“modern medicine’ as nothing more than “a symptom manipulation engine for
profit.”
They key to understanding why toxic chemicals don’t cure disease is to
understand that toxic chemicals are NOT nutrients.
Dr. Peter Glidden is worth his weight in GOLD.
highly processed carbohydrates & smoking are the two biggest sources of
inflammation in my opinion
Dr Glidden is a Gem.another fantastic insight into natural, common sense
healthcare advice.
Cholesterol is just ONE thing found in the PLAQUE of the arteries. Calcium
is found in the plaque too along with other substances. Corporations in
food industry with vested financial interests in putting sugar and refined
carbs into foods targeted cholesterol as to bend the accusatory finger away
from their OWN products. Basically, excess cholesterol is found in the
arteries when a diet high in REFINED CARBOHYDRATES is consumed. Refined
carbs in average American diet somehow ‘attract’ fats to stay in arteries.
THere have been experiments where people could eat all the cholesterol
containing foods they wanted but as long as they did not ALSO eat refined
carbs, the cholesterol in blood remained low. It’s the refined carbs in
the US diet that reek havoc.
You’ll never see Statins or Cholsterol the same after this….

Hi, does that also applies on gene disorder (Hypercholesterolemia)?
It seems I cannot decrease my cholesterol level with a healthy life style
and good diet, I was on statin for about 10 years but once I stopped it it
when high again.
diet is not helping do I need to go back on statin?
Totally Agree, regarding inflammation causing so many health issues.
Terrific interview, thank you.
Surly what causes inflammation, well im ecstaticed to kno :)
what causes inflammation?
A brilliant explanation. Thank you.
How can we heal type 1 diabetes ? Why does this guy never answer ???
i luv this guys!!!
My lifestyle consists of organic, pastured, raw, dairy, meat, nuts, eggs
and plenty of salads and a few wild blueberries. My recent darkfield study
showed absolutely no inflammation in my body and a perfect body structure.
My Naturopath was amazed!
Dr peter Glidden talks gives you the facts about Stain drugs!!
well done peter glidden, whish there were much more people like you.
i was completly unaware of any of this things that peter glidden and others
are talkink about in regards to health and now i am completly changed.so
keep up the good work ND’s because peoples are listening,we are not all
ignorants
Chronic inflammation is caused from consuming carbohydrates in the form of
sugar, bread, pasta, whole grains, legumes, too much fruit, etc. Our bodies
treat these as poison and this is where the inflammation comes in. It’s the
hallmark of all disease!
Great Awareness
WHAT NO DOCTOR TELLS YOU?
THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHOLESTEROL AND WHY YOUR BODY NEEDS IT
1. Builds and maintains healthy cell membranes.
2. Improves cell signaling in support of T-cell, B-cell and other immune
functions.
3. Nerve myelin sheath, high in cholesterol, provides insulation for more
efficient conduction of nerve impulses.
4. The liver converts cholesterol to bile which aides in the intestinal
absorption of fats as well as vitamin A, D, E & K (fat-soluble vitamins).
5. Cholesterol is a precursor molecule for the making of Vitamin D.
6. Cholesterol is a precursor molecule for the making of the steroid
hormones cortisol and aldosterone.
7. Cholesterol is a precursor molecule for the making of sex hormones
progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone, along with their derivatives,
thereby contributing to emotional and physical balance.
8. Cholesterol may also act as an antioxidant.
9. High cholesterol levels were shown by both Professor David R. Jacobs and
Dr. Carlos Iribarren to reduce vulnerability to infection, intestinal
disease and respiratory disease.
10. High cholesterol levels contribute to longevity. A study by Dr. Harlan
Krumholz of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale University,
reported in 1994 that old people with high cholesterol levels died half as
often from a heart attack as did old people with a low cholesterol.
11. 90% of all cardiovascular disease occurs among those 60 and older.
Therefore, theoretically, with higher cholesterol levels among all older
people, cardiovascular disease could be reduced by an astounding 45%!
12. What are considered normal, healthy Total Blood Cholesterol Levels?
—Cholesterol levels between 200-240 mg/dl are considered normal and
desirable (even higher numbers than these in older women are considered
optimal in that they are associated with promoting longevity).
13. Total Cholesterol levels below 200 lead to emotional instability, low
self-control, aggression, violence, & suicide. (Oxford Professor David
Horrobin).
14. Plaque buildup in the arteries (atherosclerosis) is not caused by fatty
foods.
Warning Note: If you are on a medication, never just stop taking it without
notifying your doctor or druggist.
Dr. Paul Blake, N.D.
Not all LDL is bad – there are dense small sized particles that cause the
problems by slotting in to the arterial wall where there is already
inflammation and there are large “fluffy” ones that do not cause the
problems – Inflammation is the problem go to “What does the test result
mean” here

I thought they’ve now proved through experiments that eggs don’t raise your
cholesterol. That when you give your body cholesterol your body stops
making it.
Too much cholesterol results in build up???? What the hell man, is this guy
even a medical professional?
The damaged arteries and body toxicity results in elevated cholesterol
levels and build up in the arteries.
Eggs do NOT raise your cholesterol.
The most of the facts in this film are just NOT TRUE, e.g. LDL is not a
cause of arteriosclerosis (!!!), the inflammation is. Cholesterol goes in
to arterial wall for healing, not damaging. Do not trust that kind of
films. Do a proper research and find some other materials explaining this
in proper way.
People who consume too many animal products have high cholesterol.
Americans consume almost 200 pounds of meat per year. That’s why heart
disease is America’s #1 killer. Get a clue, people!

This anther example why most Americans are dumb and can’t read. Yeah, among
LEAN HORTICULTURALIST. You will never find a person of “lean

And then you make a bias view from the NCBI article. This is the link to
your article http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20721985
It is stated there: RESULTS:
Most of the Tsimane (60%) carried at least one parasite species, averaging
1.3 species per person. Serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),
total cholesterol (total-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol
(LDL-C) were below the U.S. norms and varied inversely with markers of
infection and inflammation: C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6),
erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), immunoglobulin (Ig) E and eosinophil
count. Although no relationship of parasite load to blood-C was found,
there was an association between anemia and parasite prevalence.
CONCLUSIONS:
We conclude that the highly infected environment of the Tsimane is related
to low levels of blood total-C, HDL-C, and LDL-C. This may suggest a
potential reason why arterial disease is largely absent in the Tsimane.
What an idiot. No wonder Asians are winning the race now.
Excellent Video, Thank You sharing this video!
I was having 260 cholesterol and my daughters were very worried.
My friend suggested me to use “cholesterol” mobile app which motivated and
helped me to have good foods.
Within 1 month, my cholesterol reduced to 220 now and my family is happy!
CHECK YOUR CHOLESTEROL
thank you sir
My cholesterol is too low. What can i do about that? I can’t seem to find
any information about it!! What does it mean? How to I higher it?
Understanding Cholestrol…
HDL- Super hereo
LDL- Evil Vilian
As cholesterol has been demonized for so many years we have not been able
to clear the blackboard and rethink… all studies of dead people have
failed to show an association between their intake of saturated fat, or
their serum cholesterol, and the degree of atherosclerosis. People who
avoid all saturated fat and who have low cholesterol become just as
atherosclerotic as people who gorge in animal food and whose cholesterol is
high. — Doctor Uffe Ravnskov
All it takes is one counterexample to falsify a hypothesis. The Tsimane
people of Bolivia have high inflammatory markers, but little to no
atherosclerosis. See the following: “Inflammation and Infection Do Not
Promote Arterial Aging and Cardiovascular Disease Risk Factors among Lean
Horticulturalists ” “Blood lipids, infection, and inflammatory markers in
the Tsimane of Bolivia.”
Haha, sounds like someones a bit sour.
you should stay away from trans fatty foods but you should defiantly eat
foods high with saturated fats
Dental Decks and old exams are definitely the way to go. These youtube vids
suck.

@Tallguy2011 Lipoproteins are also made of cholesterol, you dumb ass.

Yet another advocate for the cholesterol pills. Very out of date
information in this video . Do your own research. Don’t believe everything
they say. It’s not true. Animal fat had plenty time to erase human kind
until now. It didn’t. Why? Because it is part of men’s natural diet. On the
other hand, vegetable oils and margarine, having a smaller size molecule
than animal fat is causing all the trouble. For your own sake , check the
other side of the story before you decide what to do.
Not exactly. Mayonaise has a lot of fats, even the light one and there is
no diet mayonaise. If your cholesterol is high, you should avoid it. Butter
contains animal fats, which is the cholesterol, a margarine has vegetable
oil, which is healthy and indicated for your case. Probably you have an
hereditary problem about high cholesterol or you simply have it. You can
control it if you pay regular visits to your doctor and follow his
instructions.
Cholesterol is of 2 types., one is HDL n the other one is LDL The LDL is
the bad one. The body converts most of it to HDL but if its in excess, then
it gets stuck to the arteries n veins n thats a health risk.
Legend, couldn’t agree more
