    Wow I did this, expect one pose (too heavy to stand on my hands) and I feel
    much better and wasn’t tired like when I’m running or something, thank you
    - waiting for another today to have more yoga :D

    after doing some yoga moves that require lots of strength on the arms and
    hands, I really can’t do anything else because of the pain I feel on them.
    Is this normal? My wrists are super thin so it’s hard to put all my weight
    on my hands, like during the down dog…
    Please help, anyone!! I want to start getting into yoga, but because of the
    soreness, I’m worried I’ll strain my body. Should I continue?

    This was excellent. I have been doing the beginners 30 minutes with Valeria
    at eFit30 for almost a month
    This rocked. I can really feel the stretching through my hips and thighs.
