Ok, If I add oatmeal and some peanut butter to my whey protein shake, how
is that any different than sitting down and chewing oatmeal and peanut
butter. Or instead of eating a bananna, you add a bananna to your shake.
Whether you drink it or chew it, it all depends on what you are putting in
your body. If you are drinking crap, then I agree with rich. But, if you
use good ingredients, how is that any different than chewing your food.
When you eat something, all that “solid” food is turning to liquid anyways
in your stomach. There is no difference between having your meal from a
blender or from a dish or bowl.

TMW. They swear that eating 6 meals a day is bullshit. They proved this
by doing intermittent fasting. Just work hard and eat lean. This guy

U r god damn right dude … I was the same when I’ve started out.I was
putting my powder on first place and wasn’t thinking about food that
serious,which was very wrong.Food is the the key to growth and correct
training routine.Of course if u want to take it to the next level u can
take steroids that’s ur choice,but don’t spend all ur money only for powder
u need real food to grow.

I am not a fan of how he assumes everyone can eat 6 meals a day and if you
cant, you are lazy. As an active duty member of the military, I get served
3 meals a day and the portions are toddler sized. I use shakes on
deployments to make up the difference

Going to have to disagree. When I was working out, before and after taking
protein supplements and creatine supplements I noticed a huge difference.
If food is the BEST thing you can use, then shouldn’t you get better
results from eating a cow than taking steroids? Just saying.
