Hi Kiki! I’ve been massaging my feet every night now, and I love it!! The
first two days there was a lot of tension in my feet (duh) and when I

I am not sure if it makes you grow taller, but it makes you STAND taller
and thus LOOK taller. I am 5 foot 7 inches. It has definitely made me look
and feel taller. and many people think i am taller than i am – only cause i
sit up straight. Also my shoulders use to be so tense, up around my ears!

your quad strength (with leg raises in a chair) and ankle flexibility and
coordination (turning the ankles, point and flex feet). do this daily –
with foot massage. If you want to run in the future first go to a gait
expert who trains athletes and learn form the expert how to have the right

hey Kiki what do you think of this–i herniated a disc 6 years ago

from high impact of running fast on a treadmill, never again though,
learned my lesson.. it’s been hell and just seems to get worse now. makes
walking even briefly so painful. and i’d really like to get back into

meanwhile? is cycling on a stationary bike okay? or should i just avoid all

Kiki when I over dose on sugar… I drink a glass of water with natural
organic apple cider vinegar…. My blood sugar levels go way down…I
avoided gestational diabetes when preggers..
My heel! How can I minimize heel pain when I walk. It’s just me left foot.
It’s like a nail digging into my heel by the end of the day especially
after my long walks. Do you have any heel stretches? Downward dog helps but
it still comes back after I walk the next day. Sounds like I need.
