Thanks for sharing this video!
It’s up to you. Use common sense.
I have high arch (but shallow instep) narrow feet. Off the shelf has never
fit me right, so I went made to measure. Once you go handmade, you won’t go
back. I only buy athletic footwear from the stores.
I’ll remember that one. Probably my next watch after my current Gant watch.
Look it up on Google, there are a lot of articles. I didn’t reference any
specific one.
Hah. I don’t have one. But you seem to be jonesing for the job, oh wise
YouTube commenter…
my confidence is through the roof
Awesome video, Im walking barefoot 2 days a week from now on! Also, could
you show us your house?
It’s an Earnshaw Longcase Automatic Skeleton.
Awesome!
Where would I find custom shoes
Okay. Thanks.
What arm watch are you wearing? It looks fantastic!
Thank you!
i spelled it completely wrong, i found some great…also i wanted to thank
you…you’ve helped me change my life for the better…i look healther…i
feel healthier…and i rock a suit all the time
Hey! Do you actually have any scientific references for the benefits of
walking barefoot? I have heard this before but mostly because of the recent
barefoot/minimalist running craze that exists in the states (I can’t speak
for any other countries.)
Excellent advice, I love walking barefoot. I will try doing it at least
once a week from now on. Great job with the videos, the info in them is
very helpful.
Thank you. I won’t show my house publicly, for two reasons: it’s undergoing
significant renovation work and my family and I enjoy our privacy. In spite
of the fact that I publish videos on YouTube, I’m a fairly private person.
Perhaps at some point in the future, I’ll show some rooms or some portions
of our property on video.
Do I have to walk without the shoes all day long or is it ok if i walk
without shoes everyday like a few hours at home (indoors)?
I hear you. When I ran longer distances in the past, I had shin splints for
a while. Not fun. I think the advice I got was to land on the heel and push
with the toes, making sure my entire sole touched the ground as I prepared
to push with that foot. Or you could just not run longer distances, that’s
what I do nowadays
You need to limit the time you spend with your holistic medicine
specialist… they have put quite a few incorrect notions in your head.
Speaking of shoes, I’m going to a running store soon to get my gait
analysed..been getting shin splints which are a pain (literally).
Google them. Look for “bespoke shoes”.
