honestly, i seen a pretty big difference. like at first obviously nothings

I do a lot of walking during the day, about 3 hours and in the evening I
walk for about 2 hours and hits hills and slopes so this was very difficult
but a nice change.
So if I do this like 4 days a week and eat healthy I’ll get a nicer, bigger

So, just so I understand, say Monday, I do these exercises, I should jog in
place for 5-10 minutes then follow the exercises, then do the exercises 3
more times, in that same day? Or should it be back to back.

hi I m 21 something happened to me and during the 2 years of depression i
gain a lot of weight and recendly i had a big change in my life i got
engenged and moved to my fiance’s home and now i live in an other coundry i
am always home and alone which is not helping my mood at all. now i am
trying to move on and i feel hopless. i thought that working out would help
to lose weight and improve my mood give me some purpuse for a start. but
what she is doing in this video is very difficult for me to begin with. i
cant jump like she does and i cannot suport my body with my hands at all. i
have no streght how am i supposed to do this? burbees squats push ups are
extremely difficult for me. i cant do even one. and i have tried a lot but
cant get up. and it feels awful. i feel so bad that i cant do this. i dont
eats much i am not hungry i eat only once a day and i still dont lose
weight. i guess my metavolism is fucked up. what exersies can i do for a

i’ve been telling myself to start working out and changing my diet for a
while and never found the motivation and i’m glad i found this video
because it has motivated me a bit.. i know that along working out, you need
to change your eating habits which i will do, but i was wondering, would it
maybe be a good or bad idea to order a skinny tea detox (non laxatives) to
maybe help me reduce my hunger and possibly motivate me more? i’ve gone
through with a diet and i really want to change that.. if you or anyone in
the comments could give me some advice that would be great

This is just crazy. I realized that all i thought i was doing right to lose
weight was actually making me lose my time. I never took my measures
thinking that i had to lose only 4-5 kilos to get fit and I thought the
best way for doing it was to work insane without any cardio. I thought to
know my body,I thought I was strong. Than, I realized that getting fit is
much more than this. After I became aware that i have to loose more than 10
kilos I realized that I didn’t know me at all & that I NEED TO BE HELPED BY
SOMEONE who knows how to properly get on the way to get fit.
Now i’m becoming conscious that it is not only 80% food and 20% exercise
but it is 100% dedication to food and exercise both.
This video just killed me (proving that i’m weaker that i tough) and I am
going to split it ’cause i still cannot do 4 circuit with just one minute
break between each… Plus I’m doing you Cardio and Core intervals twice
for weeks and some abs exercise each day.I won’t forget about me ever
again, I want to take care of me, thank you for what you do for me (BUT obs
for all your followers) everyday.
