very nice and calming but I think I’m kinda weird cause I always feel my
legs get really heavy then the rest of my body, then when everything feels
super heavy my feet start to kind-of tingle a bit and I feel odd sort-of
distracting sensations in some spots on my body. Then ether I just stay
that way just feeling heavy with odd sensations or I start spinning or
falling, or I will feel a jolt somewhere on my body and snap out of the
trance state. Does anyone else ever have this sort of thing happen. I have
to add that if I do snap out of it or a sensation is so odd it makes me
move, I still feel very relaxed and good afterwards.

This is really good, puts me to sleep very quickly! Still wondering what

Tried it 3 times and each time it helps me fall asleep but each time wakes
me up again several times because of the uneven volume whilst speaking. The
vowels at the beginning of words notably if beginning a new sentence after
a moment of silence are too harshly said so my body jolts awake again. I
have it as low as I can so can’t hear every word but the fluctuating volume
means somewhere after a long time it suddenly wakes me up. It should be
spoken with increasing gentleness perhaps.
Worked for me until an ad came on at the end of the video and scared the
crap out of me

so much it REALLY works
I listen to this every night, so much that youd expect it to be boring and
tedious. But somehow, it still sends me off to sleep so quickly, and it
never fails to work. So grateful i found this, only one out there that
works for me, and i have anxiety and trouble with sleep but this just
allows me to lose myself in his voice and in relaxation. Love it.

this normal and is this a disorder or anything?
Youtube has to spoil it all by popping ads intermittently all the time. The

I don’t fall asleep but after that cloud I don’t remember anything untill
you begin to count. I have done this three times and it is the same every
time. I do hear the voice all the time but I don’t know what you are saying
after the cloud but I hear what you are saying when you count in the end of
the hypnosis, but I have no idea happened before…
Any ideas why it gets like this?

a very small amount of youtube videos that actually work for me.
The video must contain powerful music, not just any music but powerful
emotional music that helps me concentrate on the power of my mind.
it must contain very smooth and powerful voices.
The video must not be short but lasting.
The video must be original and be diffrent.
I found all this in this video.
Yesterday when comming back from work i played this amazing video and

work but thats everytime when i trie hypnosis it just doesn’t seem to work
on me :((
This was the most AMAZING trance I have ever been in. The journey was just
unbelievable! I have been doing hypnosis and meditations for a long time
and always wondered if I was actually achieving a higher state but today I
was and it was awesome. I did not really get a answer to the questions but

Congratulations for this audio. It is a very nice hypnosis. Could seal my
eyes, and as you spoke I could relax deeper and deeper, however there were
still some thoughts “poluting” the full trance .
Does, full trance happens with practice? I mean, in order to be able to see
the old man and get the answers, should I practice this video every day?
