so, i guess im overweight. and for my workout, i do about 45 minutes of
cardio (22 min in the noon and 22 at night) and i do 30 pushups before
doing my noon cardio. would this workout be as efficient as my daily
routine? if anyone could give me feed back, i would appreciate it EXTREMELY
! lol
I’m not extraordinarily fit or something, but this was not that hard
guys… I mean I’m sweating and huffin’ and puffin’ and all that but I
could go for some more.
