bad knee. I can do them but only for a short time before it starts hurting
really bad and I break my flow. :-/

Sounds gross, but if you are having problems “detoxing” this will fix the
problem. It’s also just a great workout. Adriene is super easy to follow
and a little funny. Challenging, but easy to follow.
This was super refreshing for post-weightlifting muscles and tiredness. I
did this while fasting and felt good.
This is my all time favorite video from Adriene. I do it at least 3-4x a
week and sweat every time, then I incorporate the morning energizing yoga
and yoga for weight loss into the regimen. Thanks Adriene!!

whats your advice for when im 15 steps behind when the teacher says to
bring your navel in lower your toes feel your this and that put your tounge
to your head and breath haha? should i try harder to keep up with the
little nuances or just leave it to practice?

I’m very new to your ‘yoga family’ and have been working my way through
your YouTube videos over the last 3 months. I’ve never done yoga before and
I have noticed a huge difference physically and mentally already. For that
I wanted to thank you truly!
I seem to have caught the yoga ‘find what feels good’ bug, and I was
wondering if you do a specific yoga for asthmatics video? I have found
learning to control my breath has helped enormously and some of the
stretches especially around the chest, neck and shoulders area give me huge
relief. If you don’t have ‘yoga for asthmatics’ already could you recommend
one of your videos or exercises that I could try?
