seeing great results, i’ve watched all his videos and done the exercises
and i’m walking proof, this guy knows what he is talking about… if your

The biggest regret I have is going on a bodybuilding split and not hitting
legs as a beginner. If your a beginner go on a program. Mark Ripptoe
Starting Strength is the best. Try it out it wont hurt and its a very
simple routine that can be done in less than 45min. After that if you have
more left in the tank you can do curls or whatever isolation movement you
like

I was 14 when I got big into curling barbells. Now I’m 15 and one of my
ribs are dislodged. The best my docter could tell me was “It *might* pop
back into place”. True story bro.
But I mean doing weights like chest presses is alright because in my
opinion your not straining your chest too much. Once your not lifting
weights that you can only do one rep of…. wait till you get an adult
structure to your body before you do that kinda stuff.

He is tha King! man i was confused at beginning with all variations, but
after seeing some pros like Rich Piana, or Jay Cutler working out, i
noticed they are doing basics most of the time… so heck yea, im doing 3-4
well known exercises per muscle group and i wont care about variations till
at least 1 full year of working out with basics. Its all about being
concentrated on what you do, try avoiding cheating with weights and have
slow and steady movements (tear apart that muscle).

I am 7 years old and I am a hard gainer and I want to get big muscles. I
really like how you encourage other people who don’t think that they can be
a hard gainer that they can be one. Take me for example, I have been in at
least 2 school fights so far. Now, let’s say I came across a six foot tall
guy. I’m not trying to brag or anything, but I could beat them up. You guys
have to open your eyes and realize your dreams of becoming muscular can

Believe it or not there are hardgainers. Ive been lifting for a couple
years and a lot of my friends, who do not lift,or eat all that much, are
still stronger than me. Yes, my routine and diet suck at times and its my
own fault, but to say that there is no such thing as a hard gainer is
bullshit. Im not going to use my genetics as an excuse, but be aware that
hardgainers do exist. I dont care how bad your rountine is, if youve been
lifting that long and people who DONT EVEN LIFT are still stronger than
you, then yes, you are a hardgainer.
Another thing, it is insanely easy for me to burn fat. I can eat junk food
every day and stilk burn fat. If everybody automatically has the same
genetics then there shouldnt even BE fat loss guides out there. But im not
going to ignorantly criticize others for having a harder time than me at
something.
Once again, im not going to use my shit genetics as an excuse because it IS
still possibile for me to gain muscle. So far, Ive gone from 130 pounds to
165 at 6′ 2″ so i HAVE made gains, but you have to at least be aware of
hardgainers. I just gotta keep chipping away at my mountain of a goal. Im
blessed with my ability to loose fat at least, so im happy for that.

Im 6 ft 4 (194cm) and I weigh 71kg (11 to 12 stone). Im only 15 (16 in 4
months), but I don’t think I will grow much taller than I already am and if
I do, I feel that I wont gain any muscle in the process.
I guess I am between an ectomorph and a messomorph but I am more of an
ectomorph. I wanna gain muscle, but I don’t know how and even though I have
been told that my arms are longer so reps will be harder, I am still
willing to do as much as possible. I dont wanna overkill, I just wanna have
the correct proportion of muscle for my size. I do a lot of sports so I
dont really care how the muscle looks on me, I just wanna be a bit more
physically endowed. Tips?
I used to think I was a hard gainer. But that just because I never truely
committed myself to a program. Once I really started to eat right and train
more frequently and stayed committed I started noticing some slight gains.
Now I can’t get enough. If I don’t do some for of excersice I feel like my
entire day is just a waste. To any guy who thinks he’s a hard gainer. Just
fully commit yourself and soon you will notice muscle. From there I hate to
say it but you’ll pretty much fall in love with yourself and you’ll really
want to see where you can go from there. I’m not where I want to be yet.
But I can’t wait to get there. And no joke there are so many options for
healthy food that taste sooo much better than it’s unhealthy alternative.

Three biggest tips
I have:
One- programming is key. Don’t just go in the gym, throw on a weight, and
lift.
You should know exactly how much weight you are gonna use, how many reps,
how many sets, and how much rest between. Numbers should be based on how
strong you are and your goals.
2. Let your muscle grow: If you are hitting your body hard, let yourself be
fully recovered before the next workout. Generally hitting each muscle
twice a week should
Be plenty if you’re going hard. If you keep Hitting the muscle over and
over without letting it recover fully, it can’t grow.
3. Eat that food. You can’t build muscle if you don’t have anything to
build it with!

My problem is not even in the gym,to be honest I do all the things you
already said,I dont give a fuck how my face will look while lifting in some
exercises I cant help but looking ugly,but I still do them and give it
100%,I go for short gym sessions focused on lifting heavy weights with low
reps(basicly what 90% of skinny guy tutorials would tell you to do)and than
I GTFO.
However my real problem is in eating,I cant just eat more,believe me I have
tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and than tried some
more,various diets,shakes,eating more often,eating only twice a day,eating
8 times a day,various foods and what not,but every time I try to eat more
calories,I just go full gas monser,lie in bed and fart for days,wishing I
was dead.
Unless they come up with some magic weight gaining pill that can give you
1000+ calories without causing me to be gassy as hell,I dont what the hell
am I gonna do :(
