L-arginine is the best for working out. Especially with citruline. Good
video. Cheers!
You are absolutely correct. There is even one company that advertises “slow
release” Nitric Oxide and send you test strips to “prove” it. However, just
like supplements to adjust you Ph levels and using test strips to pee on to
prove it, what they don’t tell you is that the product in your urine and
the actual amount in your blood are two totally different from each other.
Any doctor will tell you this and you can even go to your nearest blood lab
and ask a tech yourself. Fact is, your stomach acid and digestive enzymes
destroy any benefit from taking these supplements orally. A fact!
Complete bullshit. I have been taking 6 grams Citruline malate pre workout
and gives me endurance and allows me to recover faster between sets. Also
examine.com has some solid information on this.
This guy as the same body shape as John Candy!
Interesting to see how many fools believe this stuff works. They comment
“when they don’t take it they lose strength, stamina and weight”. All
junkies do this when they go into with drawls. Then they must defend their
habitat so they don’t feel like they have an addiction to a placebo.
‘also commonly known as mud butt’ lmfao
What are your credentials and where is the lab data?
years and years ago when I did take NO products, as soon I had put the
glass down
I had to dash to the toilet, explosion….
What’s with the nasty thumbnail for this video?
Try agmatine, that stuff basically does what supplement companies “promise”
L-arginine does.
I take Arginine and have been for a while and Brandon you are hilarious,
its so true you do get the shits and there is no benefit, but I like to see
the pump aka make myself believe Im growing.
what do i search for if i want this kind of music?
Thanks for sharing this information, Brandon. This is why we use
citrulline malate (2:1) in our pre-workout. Arginine is cheap, hence its
common use whereas citrulline malate is much more expensive (and regularly
under-dosed). Many of us know the marketing and advertising game, and the
tactics used in formulation. I’d just like to share with the audience
here, that you can get a great pump by taking 3-5g citrulline malate with
1g agmatine pre-workout. This works better than any N.O. workout product
available. ** Be cautious of low quality agmatine (it’s out there, it’s
ineffective, and it causes weird side effects like flatulence and stinky
sweat). [Consult with your doctor before beginning any supplement.]
Holy hell! I am reading the comments, and it’s really disappointing to see
how dogmatic people can be about supplements.
I tried NOS with the mindset that it was just another bullshit scam
product, 40 minutes into my workout my pumps exploded and I was able to
double my workout time, I was tired at the end of it but it got me wired as
hell, so what caused this? Placebo??
I have no experience like what you describe. Works for me and I am happy
on the therapy.
Dudes, check out “avoid dementia with food” (youtube). Our friends who
manufacture these supplements (N.O.) knowingly are fast forwarding dementia
which leads to Altimerz lol not funny my spelling and memory are fading :/
Seriously this Dr. seems on point. Beware of No’s effects! I should sue
them for they have definitely affected my mentia.
agmatine is the way to go
I get that the video is about arginine for it’s “pump enhancing” fallacies.
What’s your opinion on agmatine sulfate? I swear by it, seems to work
really well for me.
hey Brandon I’m confused between in difference between Nitric Oxide and
Nitric Whey Protein ? Appreciate your time. thanks
Wouldn’t Citruline Malate fall into this category?
Your rap is strong, Bro, but your words are wrong (occasionally). Why? You,
like far too many poorly educated people, say (or write) “In regardS to
this study….” However, since you are essentially saying “with reference
to…,” the word “regard” should not be pluralized. Since you are
apparently very well-educated, you’d sound more correct by simply saying
“Regarding this study…” or “With regard to…,” as “regards” here means
something entirely different from “Please give my regards to Dr. Campbell,”
or “Best Regards, your admirer JQ Public.” Simple, yet important
distinctions really help one’s credibility:)
I´ve tried l-arginine for a couple of months and this are the results :
quicker pumps, more visible vascularity , especially in forearms and arms ,
little fat loss and little improved muscle hardness ..this can lead to an
increase on lean mass? hard to tell.. if it happens it won´t be dramatic by
any mean.
And for those looking for an aid in bed it produces better erections.
My conclusion is , not a must-have supplement but a good one to have from
time to time. I would not say this is a scam supplement
