Just one thing I find very difficult is tucking and bending my toes under.
I think I have very tight toe joints. Is this common and well it improve or
am I just born that way?
This is a video for beginners, i feel i need to be talked through the
poses. Please keep explaining them as you do. It was very rude of that
person to say not to talk so much.
Coming back to yoga after a long break – this video is great for me helping
me to remember poses, love Adrienes guidance throughout and feel fantastic
