My mom had one done after fracturing her nose so she could breathe better.
What everyone needs to understand is it literally takes a whole year for
all of the swelling around the nose to go down. The nose even after surgery
will over the year shape itself and form to the face. The result right
after is not the permanent one. My mom had 90% blockage before the surgery
now she can breathe better than ever with the septum bone now being
straight. While every story is different no one here should judge, this was
this girl’s decision and this procedure is NOT for the faint of heart.

I don’t understand why these people who are uncomfortable with their
natural nose. I had a very ‘beautiful’ nose (according to people who knew
me when I was small) and my nose broke when I was 11 and I didn’t get it
fixed. Because of that, there is a massive lump on my bridge which makes it
look like it’s bent. I am very uncomfortable with my nose because this is
not how it was and it became like this because it broke.

Some people who have had sex reassignment surgery do tend to have a
recurring psychological problem with their identity. A good number of them
become deeply obsessed with plastic surgery. Constantly struggling with
