Again….. a seriously great trainer ! This still works my butt off !
I loved this, but again it’s not for beginners (too fast) and it’s
difficult for people with coordination problems (like me). I’m working on
improving that latter, but I feel I don’t get as much from the workout as I
could because I am spending so much time trying to get the
moves/co-ordination right that speed and effort sort of lose out I’ll be
keeping at it though, and I love Jessica’s positivity and encouragement.
Confession: I did this 30 min. power walk out of order… just wanted to
:”getterdone” so that my remaining workouts are short. This was a GREAT
walk, Jessica! Two comments… I loved your sing-songing in a few spots…
fun… and what, oh what, is that black cord hanging down on the right of
my screen… my usual distracted self tried to wipe it off my screen, but
finally realized it’s part of your set… hmmm… probably not a
microphone, as you typically wear those… no explanation required… just
curious… blah, blah, blah… and maybe stalling before starting the next
routine? LOL
Week two of this power walk workout it’s always a fun one see you soon.
Everytime I do a video, I tell myself it’s my favorite. ..but honestly they

Final day of #QuickFit done! What a fantastic challenge! I love the short
workouts and the opportunity to supplement them with ones I choose. That’s
really been fun since you released all the new videos. The Power Walk is a
favorite and I paired it with Stride, Stretch and Relax (love that one!).
I’m going to finally do the new yoga workouts tomorrow on the active rest
day and I’ll be ready for #FITIN15 on Monday :-)

Last day of QuickFit done! That was eye-opening and hopefully motivational.
I have lost a significant amount of my endurance from inactivity over the
last year and a half. Had some life changes that I allowed to take large
amounts of my energy. I’m finally emotionally and physically ready to start
focusing on my health and fitness again. Jessica, thank you for your
encouragement and guidance.
Day 34 Done! I can’t believe the December Challenge is over already! Well
done, everybody! Thank you for this walk, I needed something low impact to
re energize and refresh me but still keep my heartrate up and me moving!

Hooray. We did it. The final day of #QuickFit done. This was the perfect
workout to end the week. I definitely feel more energized. Your walking

this one, just for fun. I don’t usually like walking workouts, but I had so

#QuickFitHolidayChallenge2014 – Day 34: A nice light workout that really
left me with more energy than before I decided to do this compact
workout today which does not require too much thinking, because I have to
prepare for a Post-christmas-party with my friends that I’m hosting tonight
and tomorrow I will do the rest of the shorter workouts in this challenge
to be done with it, before New Year’s Eve.
Grr! I was so close to finishing the QuickFit Challenge when a stomach bug
hit the house yesterday. I’ll do this workout soon, just maybe not until
we’re all better…

Well my right chest is bigger than my left chest… I wan my left chest

Guys, This guy is showing you the wrong incline exercise. If you really
look at it, he is mimmicing a decline, throwing another decline (dips) on
top of it. If you want to hit that incline for the major pecs (top
portion), you gotta do reverse of what he is showing you. Feet on top of
the object, hands/palms on the floor. Think about it, it mimmics the
incline press as you are pushing upward towards your top portion of your
chest. I can’t believe how many personal trainers still get this shit
wrong.
what if it feels as though with these workouts it burns my abdomen and arms
but i dont’ feel anything in my chest?
I just try 10 times every exercise not like you 15 times per exercise
I thought he was going to cry after his supplements gym build body will
give out i do 30 of those incline with ease and this guy pffft.

It only worked in my arms but im 11 got throu them all alao did an extra
set now my arms are pumping & aking definetly works 4 the arms but not much
chest
1st ex – push up – flat bench
2nd ex – decline push-up – decline bench Lower pec
3rd ex – dips – lower pec
you did ir wrong man. In order to correct the second exercise put your feet
on the table and hands on the floor.
You can also do push ups against a wall, the lower the better, and press
the wall like it was an incline press to work your upper pecks
To complete the train you can do Hindu push ups, it is a great exercise
that works all your chest, stability, core, flex.
I recomend explosive push ups too, great exercise to improve strenght, size
and explosive power.
