space. I need to get a step now! Love that you included the cool down in
this video too, the other small space didnt have it and I couldnt find just

Found your work outs a few weeks ago. I have elevated BP and my primary at
my Dr’s Office wants me moving and sweating. I usually power walk 3 times
a week but it’s difficult when it’s dark and cold outside. Much
