The answer is maybe. Blending is really just mechanical breakdown, not much
different than chewing. There 2 concerns: 1- possible infection, eColi,
salmonella, other bacteria, etc., from raw foods, even organic. 2- proper
digestion from uncooked foods, especially tough fibrosis veggies. Some
foods cannot be properly digested raw & you’d be missing out on some of the
nutrients. Not a big of raw veggies myself, wouldn’t want them to just pass
through w/out getting as many nutrients as I can.
For about 7 years now my son has had severe stomach pain, nausea,
dehydration and is 50 lbs underweight. No doctor has been able to diagnose
his problem other than acid reflux. I have been trying to feed him healthy
food like kefir, water with electrolytes and trying to stay away from GMO
foods, but nothing seems help. Do you have any suggestions?
