LOVE Dr. McDougall! Very brave to post your acne photos ; ) Very
interesting that you BOTH experienced this at the SAME TIME! I suffered
TERRIBLY with acne most of my life until I went vegan (mostly raw) 10 years
ago. I was veg for 20+ years but still broke out. I’m now 59 and 99% acne
free. I recently had a couple pimples after a week of eating some processed
food and drinking very little water. I’ll try following Dr. McDougall’s
diet if this happens again. Thanks for the tip ladies . . . I’ll pass this
on.

Thank you for sharing this! I don’t have problems with breakouts, but I do
have a lot of acne scars that I want to get rid of :/ Did you take anything
for that? How long did it take for you to see the results of your new diet?
Also, is it better to have almond milk or rice milk instead of soy milk? I
tried to have smoothies with just water but it doesn’t fill me up as much
as adding some milk (vegan, of course). Sorry for all the questions haha :)

I just subscribed!! PLEASE AT Least read this ;(
I am so happy for you guys and that you guys shared this with us! But can
you please tell me how i could afford this lifestyle? and my main problem
is being able to do this with my parents everyday telling me that this is
too extreme, etc (don’t get me wrong i love my parents and i know that
there advice is for the benefit of me and i actually want to inform my
parents of this to but they are just not open to this miracle and have a
strong mindset after moving to America & getting used to this “food” now,
we are not even vegetarian!)
Please, what can I do? anything

don’t get… I checked some of your videos from September and earlier in
