Something that really relieves the stress of everything for me is talking

Taking a few minutes each day to just read, write or organize my room or
something little has helped a lot in destressing. I’ve learned to take one
day a time and not to be so anxious about next weeks game or a presentation
in a few days. Whenever I’m upset about family issues or school or even
little things, I think of something I’m looking foward to. It could be as
exciting as vacation or a trip, or it could be something as little as my
favorite TV show or a new youtube video. I’ve learned that its the little
things that count and to always look on the bright side

a quote that inspires me is “all it takes is 20 seconds of courage” because
I tend to overthink things to the max and I have definitely noticed that
this has started to make me more shy and less out going like I used to be.
This quote reminds me that you have to live in the moment and you can’t be
obsessing over one little thing that you say. So much can change in 20
seconds. The courage that you have to say something can lead to meeting new
people and have a good time.

Honestly really loved this video! one of my favourite quotes that’s really
helped me lately is from Shawn Mendes song ‘ a little too much’ it is
‘sometimes it all gets a little too much, but you gotta realize that soon
the fog will clear up. and you don’t have to be afraid cause were all the
same’ that song has really kept me strong lately.
