I got eczema on my feet and hands, and allergies too. I stop using oral
steroid and cream and started herbal medication 2 months ago. The herbalist
said I need to change my diet, I have to stop eating chicken, dairy
products, tomatoes, eggs, eggplant, seafood, peanuts, pea bean, anything
with MSG, wheat, mushroom, soda, and sausages. It drives me crazy! I cried
a lot because I don’t know what to eat hahaha! I thought to use steroid
again but after I watch your video, I think I have to stick on my diet. :)
