		<description><![CDATA[i&#039;ve lost 30lbs doing this and eating right...literally just doing this 
every day and eating right.  Sometimes I throw in 30 day shred to do weight 
training.  Used sweat my butt off but now I&#039;m able to finish it and not 
die.  Feels good haha﻿]]></description>

Of course with healthy eating as well! I would even do it twice a day 
sometimes, it gets easier trust me, you start to memorize the workouts and 
you eventually just zoom through it. (of course dead every time!)..Hope
