Thanks for your reply I have been making vegg Juicier for about 2 weeks now
, but my digestive system has gotten so wake out and out of it natural
rhythm that I so sick .I going from Constipation to painful Duarrhea that I
was told to stop juicing for right now . I counldn’t even eat real food
without it going right through me I think that I may have over did it a
little LOL

Hi burn, this is a good remark. I once saw this cooking show on HGTV where
the person grew vegetables and herbs in a plastic crate on the cheap. This
may help with your quest to go natural. Also kale and apples are good to
juice for cleansing and are super cheap. God bless and best of luck as well.
